Welcome to the “To Be Life Coaching” Stress Management Workshop. I will be your guide and help you to navigate through those stressful moments in your life and transform them into a more relaxed state of mind. This one-on-one workshop will give you the necessary tools to find the emotional balance in your life. In addition, you will learn techniques in how to tap into the core of your stress which will provide you with longer lasting relief and resolution. You'll learn to become more productive, instead of feeling stuck focusing on your issues.

We will analyze stress, where it comes from, and how it effects your emotional and physical health.
We will review the four different relief strategies to deal with stress.
- Cognitive relief strategies - and explore the power of your mind
- Physical relief strategies - and let your body speak
- Sensory relief strategies - and fight pain with pleasure
- Emotional relief strategies - and walk a different path to beat stress
We will discuss multiple examples of what we can do to activate the benefits of each strategy.
But the course is not about abstract examples, but about you. You are encouraged to share your own ideas and examples for each of the strategies, so that this course becomes a co-creation where you define the final outcome.

REFRESHER SESSIONS (OPTIONAL)
$65/HOUR OR $260 FOR PACKAGE OF 5 SESSIONS.
From time to time, it helps to revisit your progress and sharpen your skills. Refresher sessions will review your progress, celebrate your successes and work on identified areas that need some extra attention. These sessions can be scheduled as needed, or booked in advance.
