(ONE-ON-ONE WORKSHOP)

WHO IS IT FOR?

Do you have difficulties voicing your needs?

Do others truly hear you?

Do others force you to submit to them?

Then this four-hour workshop (2 or four sessions) is for you. This focused coaching is for those who have difficulty voicing their needs to others and explaining clearly and calmly, how they would like other people to act towards them.  It will teach methods to help you set boundaries for how others treat you.

If you’ve never voiced your concerns before, or have done so in an unassertive way, they may not even be aware of your concerns until you express them clearly. Alternatively, it’s possible that there are reasons or thoughts behind their behaviour and actions which haven’t occurred to you.

 

In asking for changes, it’s again important to be clear and direct about what you’re asking whilst trying to be polite and not over-personalising the request with emotive critical descriptions of the other person. Remember that although your feelings may be obvious to you, the person you’re speaking to won’t necessarily know what they are unless you tell them.

WHAT DOES THE WORKSHOP OFFER?

This hands-on offering will help you understand how others perceive what you say. The exercises and personal coaching will provide you with the tools and techniques to be heard, set boundaries, and how to assert yourself in dealing with others. The notes and handouts will allow you to self refresh your learnings and continue your development.

WORKSHOP (4 HOURS) $260 AT SIGNUP

Virtual – 4 (one-hour session) 

In person – 2 (two-hour session)

 

REFRESHER SESSIONS (OPTIONAL)

$65/HOUR OR $260 FOR PACKAGE OF 5 SESSIONS.

From time to time, it helps to revisit your progress and sharpen your skills. Refresher sessions will review your progress, celebrate your successes and work on identified areas that need some extra attention. These sessions can be scheduled as needed, or booked in advance.
