There are three principles of anger:
- Anger is an emotion. It comes from inside us.
- We are biologically designed to get angry. Everyone gets angry.
- We can work our way out of anger. Personal tools and techniques will allow us to remove the anger inside.

PROGRAM PRICING DETAILS
PROGRAM (12 HOURS) $780 DUE WITH ENROLLMENT
Virtual – 12 (one-hour session)
In person – 6 (two-hour session)
REFRESHER SESSIONS (OPTIONAL)
$65/HOUR OR $260 FOR PACKAGE OF 5 SESSIONS.
From time to time, it helps to revisit your progress and sharpen your skills. Refresher sessions will review your progress, celebrate your successes and work on identified areas that need some extra attention. These sessions can be scheduled as needed, or booked in advance.
